Endak provides a marketplace that helps people find and offer services. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login details secure.

You must be legally able to use the service and must follow applicable laws, regulations, and these terms when using the platform.

Users and service providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, requests, prices, availability, communications, and agreements. Endak does not become a party to agreements made between users.

You should review profiles, ratings, details, and terms carefully before requesting or providing a service. Any dispute should first be raised with the other party and then with Endak support.

You must not misuse the service, impersonate another person, publish unlawful or misleading content, harass others, interfere with platform security, scrape data, or use Endak for fraud or unauthorized commercial activity.

We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for users or the platform.

You retain rights to content you submit, but grant Endak permission to host, display, and use it as needed to operate, improve, and promote the service.

The Endak name, branding, software, design, and platform content belong to Endak or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or used without permission.

The platform is provided on an availability basis. To the extent permitted by law, Endak is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, quality, safety, or legality of services offered by users.
